You are in a village with only one barber. In this village, you can keep yourself clean-shaven by doing one of two things:
A. Shave yourself, or
B. Having the barber do it.
The barber shaves the faces of all people who don't shave their faces themselves.
Who shaves the barber?
Run Down
If you can only shave your face by:
A. Shaving yourself, or
B. Having the barber do it,
then that means that it is impossible to shave the barber. The reasons are:
A. If the barber shaves himself, the barber (himself) must not shave himself.
B. If the barber does not shave himself, the barber (himself) must shave himself.
Therefore, this is a paradox. No one can shave the barber.
