Lately i have found my self sleeping till 2-3pm, and going to bed at about 10am... This is a habit i need to curb but i cannot find a way to fix my sleeping schedule.. Any ideas? @.@

If you wake up, go back to sleep (this resets your body clock) and go for a walk in the morning because the UV also changes your body clock in where it wakes you up at that time
