People seem to think that countries are earning actual realm credits from tax but this is not the case.

Maybe countries should not be able to set their own tax rate but it should just be 10% everywhere.
Intelli has said numerous times that units will be convertible to credits in the future.

Didn't see this addressed anywhere so I thought I'd ask it here.


Is there a way to claim a country from the center of a country?


For example, if your realm is swallowed by one of the major powers, is there a way to free your realm without traveling to the edge of their county and trying to "fight" your way back to your own country?...or is it possible to spend your credits to establish a country in place of an existing country if you have more credits than it has units?....

otherwise it does seem like once a country's border moves passed your realms you're pretty much trapped...

let's make a country and call it Ravnica!

I do have a suggestion regarding realms though: how about the first realm you buy you can buy for free, but you have to place/destroy like 1000-5000 blocks in it before hand?(and then the next realm you buy would be 15k credits)

Chat command suggestion:

/country citizens

The command would display the names and /sethome locations of all country members, similar to the /realm list command.

To put it simply, it would be nice to know who and where our citizens are.

I logged on to find out that my /home realm was occupied by another country. I created my own country in the realm, paying 50,000 + 100 to cover the cost of the units occupying the realm.

However, my country has no leaders, and only lists 101 units, when it should list me as a leader (for purchasing it) and have the starting 50,000 units.

I could change the tax rate, but any attempt to attack a realm led to "you are not a country leader".
Rather frustrating that I sunk 50K credits into it to get 101 credits worth of units and no leader.

Suggestion:

Private realms should have a defense greater than zero.

Give each private realm a defense score equal to the number of blocks the owner has placed in it.

In the current system is is trivial to 'country' a private realm that you do not own.

Same thing happend to Big country/papertaco, took over one of my country realms with /country create, but it made it so the country had no leader. Seems like a pretty big/annoying bug.
