Earlier today (Dec 27th) the server went down.
Initially, our hosting claimed it was a network configuration issue, which they were investigating.
However, more recently, they have updated us with the following:

This server should be up and running in several hours. However, we still need to be able to access our data from the old server, which we aren't currently able to do. We are reaching out to our current host to see what we can do about pulling the database, etc, from the server.

Current Host wrote:Your server's IP has been blocked due to excessive packets per second. We will update you when there is more information or when the block has been lifted.Therefore, we've gone ahead and ordered a new server from a different host:
