i can vouch for selling him those diamonds. i didn't know about those diamonds being duped or not :/ at the time i was living with biscuitbullet and he told me that he got those diamonds that i sold him legit. if i have to give away all my diamonds and the 10k credits back to cannabin, i'll give it to him. i just want to get unbanned and get all this cleared up

The 2 stacks can be burnt, but I'm rather pissed that my auction was ended even though the diamonds being auctioned were purchased from s292r a long time ago. :/

No, the banning makes perfect sense. It freezes all the RC and any possible duped goods in place while the admins check through everything and find all possible illegal items. If a player is found to be clear and legal, they get unbanned, if not they stay banned. The most important part though is that this ensures that no one can move/vanish any duped items before the admins finish their search.

You are in jail on suspicions of illegal activities, but you have not yet been charged, think of it that way. If there are a lot of duped items found I imagine Intelli would say something as a warning to other would-be dupers.

This duped items BS needs to end. I thought it was over when channels were removed. Nope. Now your automatically a duper if you have 10 stacks of diamonds.

Mitch, thank you for humoring me, but the actions taken were a precautionary measure and I'll be damned if players got away with selling duped diamonds rather then giving him time to look into it, and getting rid of all the duped goods.

Understandable but it's beyond me, i use FROGBANK's community bank to fund projects and buy all supplies but I am always strictly forbidden to purchase anything for us that is and or is associated with any exploit by any means including duping. And when it happens funds get auto locked by our forum watcher. Sorry for the inconvenience. I will sign the PO and transfer your funds for the picks I've made the PO's for once your deemed legit and proper and the PO is unlocked for me to take again.

@Intelli: Another edit, some of the diamonds still remaining in my possession very well could be from Surgeon and Samuel, I forgot I bought 3 stacks from Surgeon, and... If Samuel could enlighten me how many diamonds I bought from him, yeah, I'm sure they both can vouch for that.

I also often make deals IRL with my brother _Br0ski_ that involve me using diamonds as real life currency, I've given stacks to him, and also bought stacks from him.

In all honesty, I would be lying if I said I knew exactly which diamonds were still remaining. I am a diamond fanatic, I love buying bulk amounts of them and that makes it hard to remember specifically who and how I much I've bought in the past.

Correct, we did sell you diamonds. I honestly can't remember how many I sold you though. It was a couple of stacks at least.

Here's the thing. I bought a lot of diamonds in the time that diamonds were going cheap due to xray hacking. So there's a good chance that a large chunk of the diamonds I have are also illegal. At the time it didn't even cross my mind that people could be using mass Xray so I just thought more people had started mining a lot and therefor the price had gone down. Either way, I was quite happy to buy cheap diamonds to sell for more later.
