Hey,

I have a really big concern considering disbanded plots. It seems not to be forbidden to buy them, loot them, and sell them. Schmidtbochum seems to have done that. So in other words.

I can come new into the server. I make 10,000 in 3 days. I buy 1 plot with a rich house which is disbanded. I COMPLETELY loot it to the ground. I sell it.

and I repeat till I'm practicly rich. I think there should be done something about this. Schmidt got 6 stacks of diamonds using this trick, and a lot more, I'm sure.

Plots should be removed if there disbanded. Not kept until someone decides to get all the stuff in it. OR a staff member should lock it. The items can be sold when the plot is disbanded by a staff or with the realm plugin (like auction).

Suggestion, ideas?

You are right, I would also support that disbanded realms reset completely.
To be honest, what would you do if you would find a public realm with 10 stacks of diamonds on it?

A little Comparison:

• (1) You find a realm near spawn, and buy it. After that you discover a small room with chests in it. what to do now? My Answer: You Bought it, as long as the prior owner doesnt complain, its your stuff.
• (2) You find a realm far outside spawn, and you discover the same. Now you have 3 options: You buy it (same as 1), you take the stuff or do nothing

You dont need a reason for buying a realm, do you? And you can also sell it whenever you want: 5 mins later, months or simply never.

Alternatively, this has been brought up and answered previously. You're free to buy any available realm, you simply have to put anything that was there in a separate chest for a few weeks, to give the prior owner a chance to claim it.

Resetting disbanded realms to prevent profiteering is self-defeating. A smart exploiter would do the following:

1) Buy 10-20 realms on an alt account, giving his main account build rights.
2) His main account then spends the next 30 days looting all valuables and easily gathered resources.
3) After 30 days the realms disband, the alt is refunded his credits, and all resources are restored.
4) Repeat steps 1-3 for pure profit.

What you are proposing is nothing more than legitamized duping.
