Just to let you know, the only "above," statement is what Shampoo said. Also, just because others consider it a "random mistake," doesn't make it true. I learned that the hard way.

As already said in first message, this was a mistake, didn't even realized I typed that. Dunno what more could be added here, I had no will to do any harm, nor even "harm" as in using cursewords at all, it was all an accident.

You "accidently" typed damn? How do you accidently type a swear word right after something bad has happened? To type the word "damn", you need to first open the chat, then press the "d" the "a" the "m" and the "n" key in that specific order. I don't know about you, but when I accidently type something, it usually comes out like "kafskdgkbjrba" or "ghk", not "damn".

What you are thinking of is a gut reaction. You did not do it without meaning to, you either did it because you were hard-wired to say the word "damn" when something bad happens, or you made the concious choice to do so.

However, seeing as we are friends, you might as well be unbanned in my opinion. Not that it matters...

Even if it would, why would anyone want to play again with knowledge that each second his creations can be taken from him even if he is trying to play nice.

So... swearing immediately after being warned to watch your language constitutes "playing nice"? You'd probably be better off apologizing rather than pleading innocent.

Yes, swearing reflexively when someone kicks you in the pants is not malicious, it is not the same as doing it on purpose.

And Bot kicked me (though not in pants, so I just typed my expression of surprise on the chat, instead of actually shouting out loud and lying in agony).

Funny thing is that bot did that (or rather, warned me about pending kick which I read as a kick anyway it made me surprised) because of bot's (program) mistake descried in 1st post.

If anyone had his day ruined because he read the horrible curse "damn" and it shocked him to his core, then I am deeply sorry.

But, everyone reacted as a normal human (not some 3 year old that the Bot is trying to protect apparently) - and just laughed when seeing this events

Only problem and damage done is now that we lost another player (me).
Similar many other people I know where recently kicked and everyone just misses them.
Most probably will not return.

This makes game-play worse.

So if this is server concentrating on enforcing rules in ruthless way, as opposed to actually weeding out the players ruining game for others then in either way this is not a server worth serious playing.

Here's the thing, though. You didn't get in trouble for "swearing reflexively," you got in trouble for opening the chat box, typing in the word, and pressing enter. Perhaps you swore "reflexively" at your computer screen, and that's perfectly fine. But I seriously doubt that typing a word into a keyboard is a reflex.
