That would be really nice after the map wipes--being able to explore in single player would be a lot of fun!

I'm fairly sure that's highly, HIGHLY illegal here, seeing as how it's a mod that could grant a player significant advantage.

I'm not trying to be oblivious, but maybe I am. How exactly is it going to grant a player a significant advantage? I'm not trying to be rude, but I'm just curious

I do see however how Intelli would be completely opposed to the idea.

EDIT: It could give an advantage seeing as you could know the possessions of other people on the server (what they have in their realms, chests, etc), and also where block locations are..but I'm still confused on how it provides a significant advantage.

Technically you wouldn't learn anything about the contents of other peoples chests from that mod. You have to be able to open the chests in those chunks for that mod to save the data. Since this insn't possible in private realms there is no worry there. Read the mod details if you don't believe me.

The reason it's bad? You could use other mods plus this data to find everything you'd want.

I see good point. Except that I wasn't trying to promote the use of other mods in conjunction with this. Just trying to show people that it's possible to get the world data. :?

I've seen someone get banned just for mentioning a web app that would give an advantage. It doesn't matter what you were trying to do. Those that had no knowledge of this mod do now.

Oceans are very annoying, but they are part of minecraft. May I suggest a random seed?
I know this will be denied, but it would be cool to throw chance a curve ball and see how it reacts.

-Will the map be expanded? Will the nether? (The nether is getting wiped completely, right?)

-The excact date of the wipe? This would help.

The seed has been pre-chosen as to predict the placement of the current spawn realms.

-The map will be expanded, as will the wiped-Nether.
-The wipe will happen soon after Mojang releases the 1.9 update.
