Why was I banned? I didn't grief anyone, didn't hack, didn't steal, and wasn't using language in chat. What gives?

Someone was going around lighting people on fire, I was protecting myself. Im rarely at spawn, and was caught in some silly crap. I really don't deserve to be banned.

Just because another player is breaking the rules, does not mean that you can do so as well. You need to report it to the proper authorities or face the same consequences. If your story is true, then it is possible your ban may be lifted. You'll just have to wait for a mod or admin to respond.

I actually was not aware that was against the rules, nor was I purposely trying to light any particular person on fire. I simply was responding by instinct to protect myself. I'm not a silly willy teenybopper looking to grief/steal items; for example, do you think someone who just wants to cause trouble would go through the trouble to build this:

I'm not concerned with reporting anyone, I was just trying to get the hell out of dodge before I lost my inventory of various wares I was attempting to sell at spawn.

If I indeed broke some kind of rule, I apologize and would like to present a gift to whoever I may have killed in the process. Harm was not my intention. I think you will find my logic sound.

I understand your situation. But be aware that not knowing the rules doesn't make you exempt from them.

I remember a realm was built adjacent to Death Plat. on the last map that did some extensive building themselves. They were banned for firing cannons at Plateau and duping obscene amounts of obsidian and other materials..
