Go look at Cotorie craft I enjoy that pack except for the glowstone blocks and mossy cobble, but you can change them just I haven't figured it out yet

All you have to do is edit the terrain.png, open it with photoshop or gimp, not paint because you'll lose all transparency, find the block in the image and edit it the way you want it.

also I want my glowstone to be like despeckled one but could I just copy it?

As long as they are the same resolution you could easily mask out a layer and leave the glowstone from connor's pack then copy that layer to another pack, then you would have to line up the pixels. Also photoshop is not free-ware, but you can download a Demo from adobe.com, but its a huge download. GIMP is free but if you use that I cannot help you as I have photoshop and I know nothing about how to use GIMP lol.
