I disagree that the game has evolved at all due to all of these issues present among the users on minerealm. If anything, it could be setting progress backwards. Obviously there are wars over specific plots of land, and with conflicts such as this, nothing usually gets accomplished. If the attitude here was to help, rather than dominate, then maybe it would be, as you said, evolving.

I disagree that the game has evolved at all due to all of these issues present among the users on minerealm. If anything, it could be setting progress backwards. Obviously there are wars over specific plots of land, and with conflicts such as this, nothing usually gets accomplished. If the attitude here was to help, rather than dominate, then maybe it would be, as you said, evolving.

Ahh, Point taken, but i did not mean that Minerealm evolved the whole game of Minecraft, of course not, just evolved and taken upon a new experience in gameplay. And many other games involve war, it's a fun aspect to add politics to a game, and especially with the highly industrial experience that Minerealm has become.

If making alliances and having heated arguments with others makes the game more enjoyable, then why shouldn't they make them. The point of a game is to be fun and just because you don't think that what is going on is fun, then it has no impact on you. Who gives you the right to determine what is and what isn't fun or acceptable for others. Just play your own game and let others play theirs. I have never seen you before and don't know you at all, but the argument you are making me is really making me strongly dislike you.

Have you ever played a game with which you were more interested in the story than you were the gameplay? It's the same thing here, only it's an evolving story including real people. I'm sure arguments never evoke real feelings of anger, they don't for me, anyway. Me making this thread was just a way of me trying to find out what had happened so far in the story.
