is it illega/wrongl to sell off realms that houses multiple residents, or disowning them and risking the theft of the residents stuff?

I live in foxtopia. now that terry was banned and cidkid took over, he is selling off the realms within the castle that houses many resisdents. McFattyXXXL (me), jacobrules2011, hshizzlefreshmoney, kalyrees, mtndewzane, sprog, and freaks. this doing is not settling with me.
