Assuming what you say is the full truth, I personally think you should be unbanned. Accidents can happen and this sounds like a true example of the worst kind. Just a word of advice though, uninstall the mod until you fully understand how it works or uninstall it permanently. Mods like flymod and x-ray, even unused, can be a severe temptation to any player.

Looking at the title, it seems that you have been banned before. Also, pay more attention. You shouldn't be unbanned. It seems that you do feel bad but its not hard to turn it off.

You were banned for flying by Intelli. So chances are that you'll have to wait for him to decide whether you'll be unbanned or not.

The reason that i put "Not for xray" is because i read in another topic that you guys have stopped unbanning those banned in the xray purge and i wanted to make sure you guys wouldnt skip over mine. and i know its easy to turn off, i just didnt realise it was on in the first place. i really truly am sorry
