I have been on this server for about 6 weeks now. I can say only one thing about Kress, he was my friend. In the first few minutes of Minerealm, he welcomed me in private chat, told me some of the ropes, and seemed like one of the nicest people on the server. He also told me to find myself a flag and a community, or I wouldn't last long on the server. That's why I say now, that the door of opportunity for him to return to Minerealm is shut, but this door isn't locked. A veteran of the server, opinionated and benificial member of a fast growing community, should be viewed based on his positive contributions, and not to be only judged by his negative ones. Remember, all of us make mistakes, whether it be ban the wrong person, forget very important rules after taking a vacation from that which you love, forget to use our good grammar, or be misunderstanding with others. Whatever the outcome Kress, I hope you will come back. Just remember that you weren't hated by all, because you can count me as a friend.

I've been around since the original Minerealm 1.0, where Frogtown was first founded.

Time on the server doesn't matter, however, as rules are rules and I've been proven twice a hypocrite.

I am simply here to beg forgiveness.

You get unbanned once and its like sure thats fine. You can banned a 2nd time for the SAME reason its a betrayle of everybodys trust, we know you have to capability to say screw the rules and hack once again as you just did it.It dosent look like a unban would happen.

I don't want to see this turn into a 5 page long flame war so let me simply remind anyone thinking of responding to this thread in an improper manner...

In case anyone missed it, starting today, I'm skipping the warning phase for violating the commenting policy in the Bans section. Now you're just getting temp. banned for 24 hrs right off the bat, as you can't seem to heed the warnings that you are given.

Also, admins determine who deserves an unban and who doesn't, not the player base. Outpourings of faith and raging denunciations rarely have any effect over the outcome of appeals.

i want to point out, that some people will not take the rules concerning hacking as seriously as before if someone is banned twice for hacking and twice unbanned.

Well the admins are simply ignoring alot of the players ban appeals that have just xray hacked. Alot of the players from the purge got unbanned, and alot are getting ignored. But this is bad, hacking twice, yeah.
