Added the ability to fly!

To fly: Press and hold shift, and walk forward. You will move in the direction your mouse is aimed at.

To go straight up/down: Press and hold shift + space.

To disable flying (to use sneak): Type /fly

So you can fly on Creative but you still can't fly on Survival, correct?

And I have another question:
What is fly mode for?

Do you intend to add speed scaling to fly mode?

For instance "/fly 5" would result in flying at 5 times normal speed.

I think you should be able to fly up and not go down without pressing another button. If we had this, it would be easier to build in high places.

i highly doubt the speed scaling will be added, it would make griefing far too easy.
