Good day forum,

Due to the recent x-ray purge I am guilty to say that I was also affected by it. I do not deny the use of the x-ray hack and willingly admit that I was stupid and idiotic enough to succumb to the greed that is x-ray. I am truly and deep fully sorry and filled with regret that I had made such a naive and foolish decision. I had started to use the x-ray hack under the recommendation of my cousin who said that it was 100% untraceable, but I guess Intelli disproved that fact. I am still responsible for accepting the use of x-ray and I acknowledge that. I have been active regularly for about a little over a month. I currently own 3 realms. I haven't caused any uproars in the community and have been nothing but helpful toward the other players. I have put a lot of time into Mine realm and is "hands down" one of the best Mine craft servers I have been on in the 8 months I have been playing Mine craft. I have spent a lot of time on Mine realm and time is very precious to me as I am nearing adulthood and I will not be able to enjoy fantastically made servers such as Mine realm. I have completely deleted my .minecraft file with a video recording on Camtasia if proof is requested. I will relinquish all my realms and items and receive any punishment that is necessary, but in return I merely ask to have a second chance and join Mine realm once again. If I am to be unbanned, I promise everyone that this will NEVER happen again and I will never use any hack, cheat, or mod ever again. I am full of remorse at the very thought of me using x-ray. I am lamenting as I am writing this very ban appeal right now. I cannot say much in my defense as I have been caught using x-ray and the admins have the records, so I am absolutely at the admins mercy.

Regardless, I hope you have the time to read and consider my ban appeal as I will be eagerly waiting for a response. If I am to be perm. banned or rejected I accept the fact that I have broken the rules and will be punished in doing so and would like to say farewell to everyone, it was alot of fun.

Your defense is that you didn't think you would be caught. Nice one. Also bear in mind that second chances aren't "mere" or "deserved". They are a very honorable gift.

I do not have your hacking fines prepared yet, but it will be 100 RC per diamond, as well as the amount of diamonds you harvested handed over to us, as well as a 1 week temporary ban.

That is, provided Intelli decides you should be unbanned.

If you don't mind me saying, isn't everyone's defense generally the same thing? Sure everyone had intentions of using the x-ray hack for something be it harvesting diamonds, creating a monument, etc., but everyone who used x-ray thought they wouldn't be caught, like myself. In addition, I didn't get to explain myself very well because I already created a long enough paragraph anyways but if I am given a second chance I will be DEEPLY filled with gratitude and honor to know that there are people in this world who still have sympathy towards a plain old cheater like myself. I know what I did was wrong and I am ready to accept any punishment that is necessary if I am to be unbanned. I promise this will never happen again and I am truly, TRULY sorry.
