[UNBANNED] = I was making a shop then a guy damanded me to turn on pvp, i rejected, (even look in the chat savings) then i said "i'll pvp you with lava," then he said, "fine do it," but i dident realy want to do it. then i said "i was just joking." then i started setting up my shop. then he just went in and i said, "get out" he dident move out. "lava me" then i said "no" he got so annoying that i did. then he told a admin. then i got banned.

Wow, he took the explanation on how the tags in the subject field work and turned it into his template for the ban appeal. I am impressed. -1 point for raw stupid, but +1 because he at least tried to read something before he posted.

Regardless, it sounds like he let someone sucker him into breaking a rule.

Oh look, it's you. First of all, it's not your property, I saw you replace a sign infront of someon else's house and put "My shop is in here" essentially, I then proceeded to put a torch in your newly acclaimed shop and sit down in a manner of silent protest. You then proceeded to sully my freedom to a non-violent assembly by attmepting to force me out. You then threatened my well being and safety with that of a threat to pouring lava onto my person, thus saying that you would effectively remove me by killing me. I then urged you to do with your dastardly deed, in which you eventually did, and got thus banned with post-haste as a result. Also, might I add that your memory of the chat that day is quite lacking.

Morale of the story is you don't just steal someone else's home and lava people at spawn regardless of what they're doing.

*Pulls out a notepad* Let me ask you a few questions. Question number one, how does telling everyone at on the server to /spawn then /pvp equate to forcing you and you alone to turn on pvp? Question number two, how does re-writing a sign infront of a house so that it says "Jesse664's Shop" mean that it's automatically now you're property? That's not continuining with the construction of a shop, that's property theft. Finally here's my last question, what gives you the right to ignore the rules and lava me regardless of the fact that there is no circumstance in which indirect pvp is never allowed? You aren't above the law. Get over it nancy.

That thread shows that the admins can do anything they want with someone who does indirect pvp. Ban them or not. Looks like this guy just got caught by one of the admins who bans for it. Sucks for him, but that rule is all about which admin catches you.

Well the Thread you posted above was in a realm and according to Kyle he didnt actually own the shop.
