People take their glowstone seriously, so most likley the damage was rolled back. If it was rolled back, then the glowstone you griefed is still there. But you have that very same glowstone still in your inventory. So if you were unbanned, you would immediately become guilty of duping. Another bannable offense.

Although that argument is a pile of BS, it makes a great reason to not unban this guy.

I admit to stealing. I don't understand how i would be duping. Duping would be taking advantage of an exploit to give myself more items. Which i didn't do. And if this was the case i could give one of the mods the glowstone so that i don't have it anymore.

Yes, stealing is wrong. what i did is/was wrong. I wish to have a second chance so that I can prove it won't happen again, and I will go over all the rules of the server so that I don't break anymore of them. I have played on the server for probably around 15 or more hours now and love the server, I wish for the Mods/admins to take all this into consideration.

Given Kyle's spotless record, before this act of course, I believe he has learned from this current Ban, and that a temporary Ban is enough to cause a change in how he acts. Let's get real its a Survival server, and without griefing it would get boring, also there is a line, I don't think Kyle went over it, when people destroy entire Monuments or the SPAWN ROAD, then its ridiculous, there are many counter-grief options such as buying a realm or renting an account at a bank, that people need to do more often, without griefing the economy would be kind of lame compare it to the real world with wars if you need to. Anyways Lm108 I think Kyle learned his lesson and these two trolls have had an effect so perhaps we give him another chance, lets get real people. Oh this is off topic but is it possible to make a new spawn weekly so new people can explore more of the map?
