i know maxspooky8 personally and he has no reason to hack, we are well set in the game so why would he hack the game for just a few dimonds? simple answer HE DIDN'T. we all play the game, not to be the best at it. we dont care who has the most dimonds. i will politely ask that he is unbanned.

Just curious, why didn't you mine around the redstone shown in the video at 0:29?

Also, just because a player is wealthy on the server doesn't automatically imply that they aren't x-rayers. Of course, that logic is understandable, but do realize that we've had very wealthy members on this server use hacked clients.

On the other hand, more evidence of x-raying would better clear up this case. The video only shows us enough to create reasonable speculation. Randomly running into diamonds doesn't always indicate x-raying.
People do sometimes get lucky.
However, if there were more evidence that showed that he so happened to "randomly" mine into other diamond veins...then we'd be able to assume that his "luck" is due to x-raying. As of right now...I'd say more evidence would be very useful.

I believe this is a very weird situation.I know for a fact that he is a innocent player,because i know him IRL and he immediately texted killjoy and i saying he was banned for something he didnt do,and what he says,matches the video,he was mining,and he hit lave,he backed up and the lava fell through the ceiling,so he went to the left,and while he was mining he found some redstone,and he was trying to get some XP to enchant,and he just wanted some redstone,so he mined it (who doesnt want some XP) and behind that,were some diamonds,and he mined them,and was banned for this. I can see why staff thought that he might have been Xraying,but really you have the wrong guy. This was all a misunderstanding,and i really hope the staff understand that.

I agree with falareborn, as seeing videos of people x-raying in the past it looks like a patern form him to go strait to diamonds and mine the blocks around them as if he couldn't see the stone in front of him

The video is a part of the evidence that has been found. The ban is not based on just this video.

That's not for you to judge now is it? I've been slowly going over the logs cause I've been having internet issues but let me start but there is suspicious behavior.

I will agree the one in the video does look like dumb luck. I've looked over those logs and can see he clearly dug into the lava then backed off and dug into the wall striking redstone and then the diamonds behind it. But there are other areas still in question that I find highly suspicious myself.

Here's an example as I am not making a video of it. He walked down killjoy's dug pat hat y:5, he continued to dig the tunnel forward hitting ores here and there. Now here comes the strange part and luck is iffy, he walked back a bit in the path stop in a specific area and then used cobble to jump up and dug through the ceiling straight up and he hit diamond after 10 or so blocks.

Now I've triple checked the logs for that particular situation and how I describe it is what he did from timestamps, so as you can see he's not entirely free in the clear I'm going to have to look over more of his logs for diamonds and make a verdict.
