I'd like to point out that he actually didn't "hack," but used an x-ray texture pack. Trust me, bionic2012 is a really cool guy. We both love this server and it would really be a shame if we couldn't have a ton of fun playing on it together. This server is like no other and we are both very saddened at the fact that I can only play without him. He's an awesome friend and I think he deserves another chance like me.

Regardless of texture pack or actual hack. Xraying is xraying and can be used through several different means. It is also one of the most severe rules to break.

Xraying with a modded client and xraying with a texture pack are both the same thing: illegal.
