Lets clear this out,

When The Mist occurs, nobody is safe. The only way to save yourself is to lock yourself in on a plot for example. If you wonder around at spawn, you CAN and WILL be killed. There is NO PROTECTION, or any rule that states that you cannot kill people at spawn, even if you are naked.

Intelli created the Safe Zone to LOWER the chance of getting killed, NOT to avoid getting killed noir making it against the rules.

And we never kick people for spawn camping/killing, because it is LEGAL

In short:
- Spawn camping during The Mist is allowed
- Looting the items of people who get killed during The Mist is allowed.

When The Mist occurs, /home and stay away from spawn if you have a problem with above.
