Coolaa, IMO, you have provided insufficient evidence for a ban request. If you had a photo of Rowdyrobinson interrupting your trade or avoiding the swear filter maybe we could start somewhere. I was going in to spawn to be AFK
He kills me and loses his stuff. Like most people who spawn kill do. So he starts calling the server names and being rude and begging.

If I understand this correctly, according to your story: It was mist, instead of going home you decided to fight. But then all of a sudden mid-mist, you just decide to go AFK directly in the spawn area which kills other people. He dies, you pick up his stuff and then he starts begging for it.

Who just decides to go AFK at spawn mid mist? Personally, I think you planned to wait at the spawn hoping he would come kill you so he would die too. Then you took advantage of this, quickly picked up his things, ran away, and refused to give them back. And after all of this, when Rowdyrobinson logically gets a bit upset, you ban request him for saying he hates you and has begged you a handful of times.

IMO it looks like you abused this mist mechanism in order to get free gear and are trying to get Rowdyrobinson banned now. So until further evidence is shown (if it exists) that Rowdyrobinson has broken the rules -1 from me.
