Technically, he hasn't broken any of the officially stated rules, so he hasn't done anything to deserve a ban. Why ban when he hasn't even broken any of the officially stated rules?

Update: I bought him a new account named "SparklesPuff." I just want people to be aware that we are not trying to avoid this accounts ban by using an alt; rather we just thought this the most reasonable solution. Sorry for the inconvenience, and may the odds be ever in your favor.
