Well your reasoning is wrong. AGAIN BSG admitted to illegally pvping VVolfie, which IS against the rules. There is no bullcrap about it, it's in black and white. Rules are rules if you can't see that there's just one more reason you shouldn't be unbanned. It's not your place nor decision to continuing arguing it so again drop it.

I'm sorry, I could have sworn this was your appeal. Not BSG's. And BSG was banned for breaking a rule, not because of the items I lost. He admitted himself that he thought it was fair, and he didn't mind being treated just as any other player would have been in the situation. If we can all get past it, so can you. Don't direct your immature, biased, hatred towards me just because en entirely different staff member decided to ban him over the situation. Due to your disrespect in this comment, that's both out of line, and has nothing to do with your appeal, you can enjoy a temporary ban from the forums.
Since this is the behavior that got you banned, this isn't really helping your case, is it?

Jeff, I'm going to point something out.....

Arguing and raging in your ban appeal will not help, trust me. If you really apologise and say that you've changed and you won't flame/rage again this thread shows no sign of this. You want to come back because you love this server. At the moment coming back is slipping slowly out of your reach. My best advice to you now is to sit back, keep bumping and only reply to staff. If you really want to come back, this is what you must do.

Really Jeff? A few weeks ago I told IV to sneak up behind you in the nether and kill you for a good laugh. After you're death you swore at us in 4 or more straight sentences. Then you whined about it constantly until your banning. You've got to be joking.

I may not have been around awhile, but i've just read throughout your thread....

dude, you might want to take a step back, think about things and take another look because:
A) bad mouthing people, no matter where, is nasty, small minded, and always going to get back to the person you're bad mouthing. Admittedly when i read your initial post, i was thinking: perhaps this dude deserves a second chance, and just needs some guidance, now i'm firmly in the no camp due to your continued badmouthing of people, let alone staff!
B) this is your appeal, so keep it relevant to your appeal, and preferably, remorseful. your appeal isn't the place to discuss the ban put upon someone else, nor to be disrespectful to staff, I know enough about that!

As far as i see it, there's still a very small chance of you resurrecting your appeal to the point where it MAY get accepted. you will have to be careful about how you go about it though. keep calm and think.

Choosing when not to say certain things doesn't make you a wuss. In fact, oblivion to what is appropriate and inappropriate socially doesn't make you tough, it makes you stupid. When I gave you that life advice I expected you to use it. I shouldn't blame you... the life experience gap between you and most of the people here is pretty big, but that's no excuse to ignore everything we're telling you.
Stop getting into arguments with people.
Stop trying to defend and deny your attitude and every bad thing you did.
There is a reason you have not been unbanned yet; judging by how you've been treating your situation I don't think any staff have deemed you ready.

Jeffk I was in a similar situation as BSG a while ago however I responded by apologizing multiple times and making sure the person got everything back as well as more. I don't think BSGs banning was necessarily because he illegally pvpd but because he responded terribly. He likely could have easily prevented his ban if he tried, however he didn't. He is still staff and I doubt he will be banned long, as long as he appeals. And you do hold grudges all the time. I constantly hear you raging about random things in buddy chat. I want you unbanned but please don't make your appeal any worse than it is. You are only proving exactly why you shouldn't be unbanned. Trying to argue with staff with a banning that is not yours does not help. If BSG thinks his ban was unfair he can stand up for himself.

That ban is already settled and over with, so there is no need to argue over what is right. Staff saw fit to ban him, so they did. End of story.

That reason is to discuss his banning and get it repealed, not argue about pointless subjects and divert from the topic.
