It seems you are under the impression this is only AJ vs. Mia. She was just the first to create a ban request, but AJ has harassed many more, including but not limited to myself.

So lets get this straight meow. Harassing is one way. Arguing is both ways. As you can see in one of the screenshots, mia said "Aj" "Shut up" at my mistake. It proves that mia is not nearly as innocent as she claims to be. Also, when I said "Astro shut up. Now", do you see what he said to me? I find that to be an insult. Im so sorry I tell people to shut up when they insult me.

I just want to make it clear to everyone that I did try to tell Aj that we should stop fighting. I asked him if he wanted me to take the request down, and he said "don't take it down, I need it as proof." He continued to message me on Skype saying that he posted a Ban Request about me. And that he used screen shots of me saying "shut up" to him. I said that because was defending MeowRocket from Aj's rude comments. I asked Aj if we could stop fighting and he said he wanted to keep fighting. So, just take this as evidence.

I told you on skype once that you can go ahead and take it down. I said nothing about making a ban request on you because I never planned to. I never said we should keep fighting. I said I do not want anything to do with you and that I would never be your friend. I didnt trust you because the last time you said "Lets stop fighting" and I said ok, we got here. Why should I trust you not to do this again? And to the guy that wondered about Vv warning me, I think you may be thinking of cob xD. But with all do seriousness I do not recall her warning me. If you did Vv then I am terribly sorry, I afk quite a bit because I like to let my gold farm run. Any more questions guys?

saying that you were being mean to his friend is not an 'insult', maybe you're just trying to cover up your tracks, so to speak?
And your point about 'I tell people to shut up when they insult me' is valid in Mia's case because she was telling YOU to shut up for insulting ME, in a quite obvious manner. If you see it as okay when you do it, then why isn't it okay for her to do it in defense of a friend?

I have seen VV warn you, many times in fact. Often while you were most definitely not AFK because you were speaking at the same time. I'm sure others have seen as well, and playing the 'AFK' card doesn't make you less suspicious.

Youre funny meow, Im not playing the afk card, I said that I do afk quite a bit so I may not have seen it. I didnt say that the only thing I do is afk on the server did I? Also I have a question for you. Are you going to stop causing arguments?

I distinctly remember several times trying to readd you as buddy and stop this silly feud. You rejected all my attempts. I have not been against you until now, now that you have attempted to make me look bad for simply defending my friends and myself. Games can only go on for so long, I'm afraid, so unless you can provide definitive proof that I am the firestarter, then by simple logic and aforementioned proof, you, sir, are the arsonist.
Give me solid proof of where I started this whole feud.

I think both, and everyone should cool it down. I may not be a Staff member and have the authority, but I have the common sense that flaming is not going to help anyone. Whether or not this ban request was for you.

Anything done out of game done to harass players in game is viable to be shown to staff and left up to staff whether or not it is serious enough for banning. That's the way things are.
Usually it takes in game harassment and out of game harassment, but it is possible.
Jail, the way you went about what you're saying is uncalled for, perhaps not the points you made, but the way you went about making those points makes you even more childish than the current bickering going on. Being respectful is key. AND THAT GOES FOR EVERYONE.
This is currently being looked into by staff. Anyone else who wishes to post in this thread needs to have further proof or questions, or needs to be a staff member otherwise.

That right there is another lie.... You told me on Minerealm that you needed me to keep the ban request up so you could "use it as evidence for your ban request." You also told me that "You were posting a ban request tomorrow."

This has gotten way out of hand. Obviously, Aj, something MUST be wrong if we have multiple people complaining about your actions. In addition, we have a few people EACH providing the same story as well as details that you have left out while you are the only one providing a different story. There is DEFINITELY something wrong here.

To prevent this thread from becoming a gigantic murder-field, I suggest you ALL shut up and ONLY post evidence in the form of screenshots or requested chat logs.
Don't even interpret it. That is staffs' job.

Furthermore, lying is NOT against the rules. However, should the lying come to the point of being disrespectful or obstructing justice*, THEN one should post the EVIDENCE of lying and leave the interpretations to staff members

*by "obstructing justice" I am talking about lying to cover up one's tracks when they have broken the rules. For example, knowing that you were x-raying but claiming that you never knew about it when staff asked you about it. In this case, x-raying is a bannable offense and one is lying in order to cover up the fact that he/she has broken a rule.


Now quit your arguing or I can almost guarantee that there will be forum bans handed out.
