Anything done out of game done to harass players in game is viable to be shown to staff and left up to staff whether or not it is serious enough for banning. That's the way things are.
Usually it takes in game harassment and out of game harassment, but it is possible.
Jail, the way you went about what you're saying is uncalled for, perhaps not the points you made, but the way you went about making those points makes you even more childish than the current bickering going on. Being respectful is key. AND THAT GOES FOR EVERYONE.
This is currently being looked into by staff. Anyone else who wishes to post in this thread needs to have further proof or questions, or needs to be a staff member otherwise.

I have at least 5 things of proof, all from within the last few weeks due to a computer virus and having to restart from backup (losing old screenshots):










These do not include more... swear-laden messages relayed by loyal friends to me and several other parties, which are not appropriate to be posted on a public forum. If necessary I will send these images to staff, to prove my point.

Again, I wish I had my other proof, but that folder was lost since I didn't think they were important enough to back up at the time.

Sadly meow you never seem to listen. I use Zryv as an alt sometimes. I have him come on so I can screenshot a whole screen of chat instead of chat that was recently said. Do you really think I would tell my self to stop swearing seriously? I didnt swear one bit. I wish I had taken screens to prove it but oh well.

You want versions that aren't cropped? Okay.
I only edited out some names in my buddy chat, so in some cases you can't get on people's case because of something they said, and hey, it's buddy chat, intended to be private.
I also put a red box aorund areas of proof, or previously displayed areas.
I left the messages fully intact except for censoring swears, so that it is forum legal.
Full, unedited verions may be sent to staff upon request since they can read buddy chat anyway.

As someone who doesn't know either of these people and has not knowledge of this incident other than what is presented on this thread, I have a few thoughts (and questions) on this.

AJ looks like he is quite immature and takes things far to seriously for their own good. Mia looks like she is immature and takes things somewhat too seriously than needed. The result? It looks like these two are similar people, which by no means is a surprise in this situation. It's probably best if you two avoid each other in-game, on the forums and in Skype in the future so this does not happen again. It's also a good idea to stop whining, that goes for both of you.

My question is, can two single Skype messages be considered extra harassment on a player? I can see how a million messages on every single possible platform and system can be (reference to kushtx AKA Pro_Johnny on Chooz) but two? They weren't even that bad, just poorly written insults from someone who looks like they get angry at the world because his balloon floated away ten years ago. Also how much did you two (mia and AJ) talk, if it can be considered that, before this happened? 5 minutes? 10 Minutes? 3 hours? How much harassment has AJ doled out before this incident as well? It seems that this can make a very large difference on the outcome and it looks like it is going Mia's way every so slightly.

Finally to mia.
If you can refrain from starting a every sentence on a new line...
That would be fantastic.
I don't know why you do it.
(I don't have anything against you, nor is this an insult just so you know.
I like to make a mockery of things sometimes and this just happens to be one.)
But it is peculiar and quite annoying.
It breaks up the flow of language into segments that need not be.

I just want to make it clear to everyone that I did try to tell Aj that we should stop fighting. I asked him if he wanted me to take the request down, and he said "don't take it down, I need it as proof." He continued to message me on Skype saying that he posted a Ban Request about me. And that he used screen shots of me saying "shut up" to him. I said that because was defending MeowRocket from Aj's rude comments. I asked Aj if we could stop fighting and he said he wanted to keep fighting. So, just take this as evidence.
