Ok, lets get this stuff cleared up. The trap you where in was legal. The Head Admin gave me permeation to build it, by arguing that it was illegal you are disrespecting the Head Admins choices. Witch will not help this appeal. When I entered the nether you had already logged. You had partaken in a fight with Unbound. You hit him there for you where partaking in PVP. He told me to come in and camp you with him, so I did. He had to leave for IRL things and asked me to watch the spot for him. You where logging and running 4 or 5 blocks and logging again. You used the 3 second Inviolability to you advantage. You would have died by someone if intelli hadn't had saved you, and he wouldn't have if he knew what was really happening. On top of all of that when you where out of the nether you argued and disrespected the Head Admin. Is amazing you didn't get banned for that.

Like i said in my first post i do be leave in second chances, but they are for people that have learn from there mistakes. It seemed that you had many chances that day, and you never learned. It is very clear you have learned nothing. You made a choice to get banned, you got what you wanted......

Unbound seems to not told you the fact that he ran away from the nether when I almost killed him, and then he contacted you. I was out of the nether for about 3 minutes by the time Dash and I decided to request a duel with him, to when he contacted you to come online and kill us.

That is a complete lie. If you're talking about the time I moved, it's because you stood there swinging at the spot I was logged off at for 20 minutes straight, twice. I was trying to get out of the way from your sword so I wouldn't die immediately, with the invulnerability not even in mind.

On top of all of that when you where out of the nether you argued and disrespected the Head Admin.

Sorry Rokkr, I know I did that, but I highly believe that rules are rules, and should never be broken in any case. I still am confused though on the fact why you let him build the trap, as it was for the *Said this before* sole purpose of killing me, and had no other reason, to what I know, than to make me angry.

Where to start? Let's start with the misconception of the rules.

Where is this rule? If you are refering to Kero's comment a few posts down that rule has been long gone.(I am going to rewrite the rules and remove comments at some point to stop this misconception.) What he did is completely valid unfortunately.

This isn't exactly a complete lie, you even admit to doing it. This is in short abusing the logging invulnerability to move, which is taking advantage in pvp regardless if you hit him or not. This is what I tried to explain to you before but you were upset and didn't want to talk about it. I could of banned you for this but instead let it go.

For the rest I don't feel like quoting over and over. The trap was allowed by my discretion because of the previous issue. You were logging and moving at which point you weren't near the main spawn portal you were just outside the 15 blocks area.

"We are also now enforcing a 15 block radius around the spawn portal. Within this 15 block radius you may not build anything for the purpose of PVP (if you wish to alter the area contact staff). This radius does not include "Traps.""

This rule you keep quoting(well the partial rule you keep quoting) is taken out of context. Where he asked for the trap it was outside that area, which I allowed because of the logging. What happened next when you logged and fell in the lava, well... you should of been dead. Instead you went on minechat and used the invulnerability to bypass that to ask to be tp'd. Intelli then tp'd you not knowing you were in the nether, if he did you would of been in the same situation.

So in the end we just left it at that, no bans tried to keep it more civil, gman and unbound have kept antagonizing/harassing you since but we will get to that. I understand your frustration but what you did is against the rules and what they did is against the rules. With that said it has come to the decision of your unban, which will be on Sunday February 16, 2014. I know you're probably thinking why so long but the decision is based on abusing the pvp system and your goodbye post.

In regards to Unbound and Gman, they will both be banned shortly after this post for harassment and also receive forum bans for a bit of time in which after they can appeal.

If you have any questions regarding anything about this of course comment and I'll try to answer them my best. But I will make this clear to everyone since I have heard other people have done the logging and moving.

This is an "advantage" and you will be punished if this occurs anymore. You can logout during pvp but relogging/trying to abuse the invulnerability is a ban.
