So if anyone has been keeping up with the latest snapshot; you can make bigger nether portals now.

Here is the normal, old, bland nether portal we all know and love:


And here is the new and impoved, bigger sizes:

I also heard something about later on, letting ghasts come out of bigger nether portals. Lets just say, when this happens, some people will want to watch MineRealm burn with ghasts

I saw this to and it looks really cool! However Im not sure if this is good for servers due to the lag it creates. Thanks for keeping this thread alive and updating it!

Also I was playing on a 1.7 server and everyone was fishing on a 1 wide path. People were getting lots of food and enchanted books. I think fishing will bring a new way to enchant stuff!
