If this forum ban request was worthy to be accepted it would have already been accepted. It is pointless to bump this because he is banned already, and has not made any posts except his ban appeal since this post. Although his posts may be annoying they are not intentionally made to spam the forums, and he is not breaking any rules.

Just because someone committed a crime time time ago doesn't mean he or she is exempt from being prosecuted now. This is exactly the same. Thechicken spammed the forums to the point of it being worthy of a ban request. Regardless of how long ago the posts were, I believe he should be forum banned.

Also if this request was not worthy, it would have been rejected by now. Same logic.
