I am posting this ban appeal for Themineturtle323 because he is not able to. He is my friend, In real life. Chubsy said I could appeal for him. This is what Themineturtle323 has to say about this:
I'm sorry for what I have done. I was banned for "greifing." I know I was given a warning by Chubsy when I griefed the nether, when I first joined. I shall now explain to you what happened that made me get banned.
I went through the teleporter at spawn and it teleported me to a public realm. I walked around and saw this cool looking house. I wanted to go inside it to look at its designs. The only problem was that it was blocked by a chest, so I couldn't enter the home. Therefore I destroyed the chest to enter the home. (There was stuff in the chest, not intending to steal anything.) Once I destroyed the chest it instantly banned me for "griefing". All I was wanting was to see the designs of the home, for future builds. (Wasn't intending to grief)
I hope this appeal gets me unbanned because I didn't try to grief, and I wanna continue playing with my friend on this server (Boomer2011). I am sorry to all of you Minerealmers who had to deal with the grief in the nether from me the first time. I also apologize to Chubsy for griefeng the nether, and trying to punch him to death while he was doing Mod work. I really am sorry for what I have done and hope everyone can forgive me. I wasn't trying to grief that home but that is what the server thought. I hope this appeal is accepted for I have no other survival servers to play on with Boomer2011.(Boomer2011 won't leave this server, he likes it too much). I Thank you all for your time you took to read this, and hope you guys understand what happened.

I don't exactly see how true this story is seeing as the building had 1 entrance. This entrance has iron doors so there was only 1 way in and 1 way out and the only spot to get through the doors was pressure plates in the house.

You then proceed to go up on the roof and down through the ceiling where one of his chests was blocking your way in and you destroyed it.

So in this case if you couldn't get in your shouldn't be in there regardless if it's a public realm. By breaking in you had no respect for the owner, even if the chest was empty you had no right to break it to break into his house.

He just started a few weeks ago and doesn't understand the rules. I try to explain them to him. He plays on raiding servers and Pvp servers. He forgets sometimes he's on a Non-pvp or Non raiding server. He wasn't trying to do any harm to the home. He was trying to see the designs of the home to possibly build on like it. This is the story he told me. This is his first time doing something in a public realm with out me. I show you what to do and not to do. I'm sorry for what has done. He just wants to play with me again. I hope you will let him play on the server, because he won't do it again. He just started and probably has only been play for a total time of 1-2hrs during that week. I'm still teaching him. He didn't think it was griefing since it was in public realm. (He wasn't intending to grief). He thought since it was public it was public to see and use. He isn't used to MineRealms rules. They are different from the servers he used to play on. Now I have no friend to play on this server. Rokkr I will do my best to keep him out of trouble and teach him. He's just starting out. I'll do my best as a MineRealmian to make him do what is right.
