Though this really isn't a valid suggestion as it involves realms owned by players. If you want to build it, you only need their support and permissions to their realms.

I remember using the skyrail to get to my little shack in Ebius and I remember hating when it was shut down >.> Instead of opening it again when I asked Lm to he gave me perms to the subway station xD. gud times

I have recently went into an overview of where the rail stops, and which of the places I named is closer to the end. I found out that it was WOG, then New York City, and maybe even Xeros City, then anyways, then Arcane. The end is very badly griefed but I've gone thru the trouble of fixing it. Even though it may have a new design that has already been designed by various people I know, with an output rail and an input one, and the stations have already been designed too.

The Skyrail is what the subway shouldve been but seeing that its easily griefable it would be too hard to maintain unless Intelli makes some code to stop the griefage that would happen. The rail and 1 block below it would need a form of "protection".
