First, I understand the basic rule - if a placed block was there before I was, I need staff permission to remove it. (I also recognize that there is no guarantee that I'll get permission, but if the block is old and clearly abandoned, staff will okay it).
So, if I invite a player (say a new player) to build on a realm belonging to me, do I maintain any rights over that build? If they vanish for a couple of months and I want to level their dirt shack or offer it to someone else, do I need staff permission, or does the building also belong to me?
Second question. If two players receive access to the same realm and one takes mats from the other's chest or modifies the other's buildings, is that considered grief/looting by staff allowing bans and rollbacks? Or is their an implied agreement that they will co-own everything as though they were close friends?
I'm only asking this because it's crossed my mind to create a starting area for new players with a bit of protection and resources, but I'm concerned that I might just be opening a can of worms.
