Well, Donkeys will make transportation of items much easier. The "invisibility potion with teams" thing looks intriguing. And if I'm reading it correctly, there will be code that automatically translates server chat into your selected language! That would revolutionize nub communication on MineRealm.

It looks like some pretty nice stuff in there. However, I'm not sure how much benefit we're going to get out of horses and name tags. As they're only found in naturally spawned chests, they're going to be really rare on MineRealm, I'm sure. Who knows if horses will have a chance to spawn, too. I mean, pigs aren't supposed to be rare, but its been ages since I've seen a wild one anywhere. <.<
