Suggestion: Make it like the old garden spawn that everyone loved. You may not be able to fit everything in, but the spawn area with the fountain was fun, and the pond and bridge were lovely.

Why are people talking of terraforming the realms? Do people even know what terraforming means? Building a park on flat land is not terraforming.

Terraforming means to transform a landscape on another planet into one which has the characteristics of landscapes on earth. At the moment spawn feels like an alien planet - flat land with no natural features. It could very much do with some subtle terraforming - a pond here; a mound there with a spring gushing from it; gentle contours to break up the harsh flatness of the rest of Spawn City.

Guys can I just say, you all sound like you want to take the realms for your own. You dont sound like you are giving people space for their designs. I may be wrong, they could be in response to things. But these are intellis realms, and he will select those who he wants. Dont get all big headed and think:
"Oh, ima design the realm for intelli

" Because everyones thinking like that instead of:
"Ok, so on the north-east realm I will design this and on the south east ill design this, and if there is room left, I will build it there when/if I get perms.
