Honestly, you haven't a need to comment such as myself. This is about a BAN APPEAL not trying to get your crap back, whether he has it or not, you can deal with that in game, not on a ban appeal. He is trying to appoligize, and you are trying to get some crap from a realm back.

P.S. This was a very needed post, so if I get forum banned, I would like to see all of these people get forum banned, because they are doing the exact same thing as me, I am just on the opposite side of the situation.

Not at all a needed post, just a complaint. Not to mention that Vesten's cause is perfectly acceptable, considering that he's the victim here, while P3eP is a friend of U2's who's hardly done anything but spout crap.

I wanted to be sick reading his post. Especially when he asserted that Vesten was being disrespectful by asking for HIS items back or merely compensation. Seriously someone who's appealing a ban for the same offense for the 4th time in a row doesnt deserve respect to begin with. Apart from that if I were U2 I would've asked this pompous know it all to stop posting on my appeal from the start because he's just making it even less credible. I hope Ael's post will finally force him to stop posting his irrelevant and misguided opinions.

As far as this being one of the worst appeals I think CD's is much worse, but for me the only thing weighing down U2's appeal is that 'friend' of his. Apart from him and the glaring fact that he's lied about certain factors involving Vesten's property, his apologetic words seem to be in earnest. If nothing else I'll give him that.

On a side note I think if U2 is ever unbanned again, because there are people with the same amount of bans or more, that he should have to wait as long they have to get one last shot on MR. Otherwise I really dont think it would be fair to all those people who waited so long, and some still waiting. In light of that I dont think staff will come to any sort of conclusion for U2 for weeks to come at least. Hopefully, on the outside of the server looking in, U2 will truly come to appreciate the MR world, its rules and its people.

While Cdisme's reaction is certainly not acceptable, I find it to be UNDERSTANDABLE. He has been very greatly wronged, after all. I think we might find it productive to try and make that situation more positive, rather than harping on it.

So perma? I don't have a record of looting. Me not saying sorry is not the same as me admitting future intent to repeat this stupid action. As for my attitude, I have stated my case several times and I suppose I shouldn't expect anyone to understand. It was my projects and my attachments to them. It's my heart that got broke and no one elses. Whats lost is lost, what ever, doesn't mean I am happy with it or should have to be. But I do suppose I don't filter emotion as well as I should, even if I have had a pain in my side around this server since I got back since I was starting a new. So I looted, when before I would just take a curious look. Should have waited a day to appeal with a calmer approach by chance but it was my one day off and I had some building and hunting planned.

Nominate me for what ever. Some people don't have the patients it takes to kiss anothers feet with words, just words on a screen. I don't want to bull-snip- anyone, I just want to get back to building, trading and not beat around the bush of the ban to figure out what is deemed applicable punishment.

As in saw the pair of them move around at the same time? Or simply online at the same time? If it's the latter, then they are not necessarily different people. Cannabin0l did this quite often. I have also done it.

FYI 90% of appeals are done in a fit of emotion as they go to appeal immediately afterwards. But I am sure there are some of you here that would gladly laugh at a man falling out of a wheelchair too while he struggles to climb back up.

Thanks to the one or two that semi-understand my situation instead of trolling the crap out of me with "vet brothers'. FYI he liked and vultured that property because thats what he is...a vulture, with no creative drive or ambition, just simply takes what others have poured time into and claims it as his. Noble noob garden? Half a server away from spawn. You understand I have a nose and can smell bull a mile away right? He is a vulture, plain and simple and the fact he has not approached me with some deal or wanting to buy the remaining realms calls bull all day.

He's an 11-year-old kid who has no idea that you even exist. He hasn't browsed the forums in his life and you've never contacted him in-game. He was wandering around and he came upon your house, called in a favor from me (credits I had promised him) and decided to buy it, after getting permission from VVolfie. He had no idea where it was. He now spends the majority of his time trying to escort noobs to it through the nether. He bought it because it was cool (a compliment, if anything), then decided to make it his guild base because it's the only realm he owns. The only reason he hasn't bought the other realms is that he's dirt-poor. He doesn't give a fudge about getting rich, either, just having fun. He's done nothing wrong, and, as I said, he had no idea that you existed until I mentioned to him yesterday that someone had been complaining about his realms being bought up by an "inactive noob". In short, lay off him. Stop insulting my brother, stop insulting my friends, and stop besmirching the reputation of the server with your self-centered flaming.
