Please may I have one more chance as technically when I was banned the first time for looting it was due to being hacked so I had no part of the first looting?
I should have read the rules proper as I didn't realise that you can't open a random chest. I thought it was only chests with a sign near that were not allowed to be open. Obviously, I've had the proper rule drilled into me now.
If I do not get unbanned is there a way you can pass on my realms to my friend who helped me buy those realms and have spent all their time on them?
As I tell every person no matter who got you banned you are responsible for your account. Regardless of the first looting ban you have 4 bans, 3 of which were the same reasons. i get you were hacked the first time but you should of learned they got you banned for looting so it's against the rules.
Your second ban for looting you were told touching other players things would result in a ban, and in that particular case the chests were not marked and you claimed it may be part of your realm which there was a gap in between them. Which again you should of learned not to touch stuff that doesn't belong to you.
Now here we are again, same issue and you say you thought you could take stuff if there was no signs. Which we have told you twice not to touch anything you don't own. So using that as a excuse is getting a little old.
And then I get the "he was having a bit of a laugh with me which he didn't realize could be taken in the wrong way."
As I said there is no excuse, a laugh with a friend can ruin all your playtime on the server and to be honest isn't worth the risk.
"There was no indication whatsoever that the chest wasn't just a leftover chest by someone along time ago. There was nothing around to show this."
Whether the chests are marked, unmarked, you don't take what isn't yours without permission from the owner or from a staff member. Look at all the other appeals for looting I state the same thing. I've also heard there was a argument regarding the signs/rules about looting. Well I'll be blunt it clearly says "No looting" and "Do not disturb other player's belongings."
If you wish to argue the fact that it says "Please place a sign on your property, to claim the area." We can argue that all day but the rules clearly state not to take anything that isn't yours.
For the reasons of you being banned multiple times and being told again and again that it is against the rules I am reluctant to give you another chance. How can I know you just won't do it again? Also how can I be sure your "insane amount of supplies" you guys have aren't all stolen? It just raises to many questions and red flags at this point.
