I was about to push a magma cube through the portal at spawn, and I told everyone not to kill it. Behold Roach, and friends start killing it just before it gets to the portal!

Briliant idea #1 give a zombie full pro IV armour with a sharp V fire aspect II diamond sword, and let it roam around spawn killing everyone.

Briliant idea #2. We build an army of snow golems on ColdF3ars spawn realm, and we release them to get snow everywhere at spawn.

Briliant Idea #3 Make a iron golem farm above ColdF3ars spawn realm, that drops golems down and funnels them to the boarder of Colds realm. Noobs see the golem and hit it, then get destroyed by the golems.

Briliant idea #3 involves a ton of tnt... Must I say more.

Briliant idea #4 find a bunch of creepers and bring them through the nether spawn portal.

Brilliant idea #5 make an almost impossible parkour coarse in which bringing valuables is advised, and hoppers cover the entire bottom of the coarse, funneling all items into your chests.
