If you're on Windows, here's how.
1. Change your password. Leave your browser open to the "you just changed your password!" page.
2. Making sure that there's no personal info on your screen that you don't want people to see, hit the Print Screen key. It probably says PRTSC or something like that, and is probably in the upper right corner of your keyboard. This will copy the image of your screen at that moment. Make sure you have the minecraft.net tab open, still on "you just changed your password!"
3. Open up Paint, and hit Ctrl+V to paste. It will paste the image into Paint. Hit Ctrl+S to save, then upload it to minerealm.com on this thread using the "upload files" option.
