Although Lightbulbs obviously cannot be unbanned in-game, as he is on the permabanned list (and for good reason), I don't think it would do any harm to unban him from the forums, considering that
1. He's evading the ban anyway, and he will continue to do so, and
2. He makes awesome comics.
The only problem is that he wants to change his avatar. The gecko is awesome.
