N1nC. You know, the real purpose behind a ban appeal is to basically say: I'm sorry. You looting a new player put them at a serious disadvantage. Im sure if you were in the other shoes this would not be fun. From what you have posted so far, I have not heard much remorse for what you have done. You might get more people to vote yes on your appeal if you explain yourself honesty and make a formal apology to the person you looted and the server.

I've explained myself many times on my forum. No one understands that Thi server means the most to me and no one is doing what you said. I can't keep saying the same thing over and over again. Nothing is getting any better and just more and more people are switching from yes to no!

Guys, I'm really disappointed....
Only the fact that you lasted a week without griefing down a house or something says that you should stay in the guild. (I'm serious, two other 'members' griefed down a few things near our place)

I dont think it was a new player, they bought a realm that was recently disbanded due to inactivity of the realm owner.

-edit- also what is the official rules on buying disbanded realms? is it allowed? if we worked to earn 10,000 credits and there is a disbanded realm on the public market do we not have the right to purchase it? if not, why even let realms disband from inactivity?

Regardless, my two cents here is that I am simply looking for an apology. I have not voted on this appeal yet for a reason. Maybe with a little honesty and a decent, "Look I am really sorry It was a stupid thing to do" I, and others on the forums, might be persuaded to put in a good vote. If you are truly sorry and convince us of it, people will see and respect that.

Buying disbanded realms is fine. This is the rule about the chests inside of them:

Looting is not allowed (barring the Nether and similar areas) EVER. While there may be a point at which we just shrug and say, "whatever, it's yours" regarding items in purchased realms, if you are buying them specifically for that purpose, it is the same as looting.

cold you dont seem to understand it was a disbaned realm meaning it was not a new player we already said we were sorry so i dont need to say it again it was my first ban for anything so ive never needed to post a request before and cube it doesnt matter who bought the realm im not going to throw anyone under the bus and we both did wrong so no matter which one followed or not it dont matter what so ever.
