I tried logging in today, to find my account was banned.

I asked my son to play while I was out of town in order to try to save up for a plot.
He states he has no idea, said he was playing then was banned.

I would like to know exactly why, so I can punish him appropriately. :-)

Secondarily, I really enjoy the server, and would appreciate being unbanned. My son has his own account he can play on.
If the nature of the ban was severe, and unbanning is not an option, I understand, but would appreciate the opportunity to play with you guys again.

It appears you were banned for xraying I will have the staff member who banned you post here.

Got some more info from my son.

There was no doubt he was "xraying". I wasn't even sure what it was until he showed me on his machine. I can understand the extreme and unfair advantage that has.

He is not used to playing in communities, he just messes around with his friends. I definitely could have done a better job of making sure he understood the community rules.

As I read through the bans, I gather how serious the offense is.

The only action I can take is to first apologize for the rules violation. It was not done our of malice or disrespect, but rather out of ignorance, and a son's zeal to impress his dad.

Given the nature of the offense, I understand if unbanning is not possible. However, if I were allowed to rejoin, I welcome you to recover any illicitly gain materials, and even reset my credits to 0. I give my word it will not happen again.

Well I'm unsure as to why he hasn't posted but since your son admitted to it that helps out quicker than I shouldn't need Shaddow.

I assume you have wiped/cleaned the client/mod off of your client/pc?

No, but I did change my password. He will no longer play on my account on his PC.
