As for the situation with the hacking another's account, what a staff member will probably have you do is change your Minecraft password and post a screenshot of the Password Change Comfirmation and remember to leave the "Remember password" box un-checkmarked.

This in a nutshell, and if you are on windows I assume, press your Prt Scrn key located on the top of the keyboard next to Scroll Lock. Then open paint and paste it and then save and upload to imgur.com or some other image hosting site then post here.
