The first time - chests were protected based on the player who placed him. Well the player who made my chest room was gone for 30 days and all of the chests became public DESPITE being a private realm.

The way I learned it is that you have to give the stuff back (meaning don't take anything) if the person asks within 2 weeks after the realm disbands. If it's longer than that, then you don't have to give it back (but if you're very nice, you would, assuming you were still in possession of the items).

No, this is what really happened:

I went exploring and found a piece land that I felt was perfect for me however it had a nether portal near it that kept reappearing.
After building everything, I decided to keep it public until I got enough money. I came on the next day and you bought 3 realms surrounding MY buildings and had the realm MOTD as "gtfo Chris Brown" - I hardly call that a note. You stole all my farms and stole all my ore block creations which I was really annoyed about. It took ages for staff to correct the issue and in the end I gave up. Good thing I bought the main middle realm or else you'd of stolen all my stuff. This happened a while ago anyway.

Staff didn't "correct" the issue, because you blatantly lied to them. There's a 2-week period between a realm disbanding and you being able to buy it to loot. You should have been banned.

When my donor status expired, my realms disbanded despite the fact I had been online the previous day.

You know very well that EVERY sign there had my name on it - Shaddowdemon rolled them back as proof it was all mine.

Those were my farms, my ore blocks, and my chest room you stole everything from...

In addition to the signs that proved it was mine, I have screenshots and albums and forum posts about that realm in particular predating your server join date.
