I'm almost 85% sure he was banned on creative.

He was actually banned on survival for flying, and he's been warned several times beforehand. I'm not the one who banned you but you were told to stop several times on different occasions on different days.

You sir, would not listen when I warned you against flying, and cursing repeatedly without stop. A few people even suggested that you uninstall the mod. You did not heed our warnings, and therefore got exactly what was coming to you.

Also, your ban appeal is very, very poor. I really suggest being polite, patient, and not so angry and spammy throughout the whole thing. It makes you look very, very immature, and prevents your ban appeal from coming through.
