In the post announcing the permaban, rokkr made a fairly decent argument that he-who-apparently-must-not-be-named was something of a chronic troublemaker, but he was hardly the worst offender in MR's history. Want him gone? Fine. But no need to prevent those who liked him from trying to talk about him.
