Hello all members of Minerealm, I was once a very known player here, and I was banned for logging into this "forbidden server" without even knowing that it was worth a ban. I maybe have 2-10 min of play time there, and I wish to hopefully earn an appeal by noting some of the things I have helped accomplish here at minerealm.
I first started playing here quite some time ago, and I have already forgotten the time, but I was a member of the realm known as Foxtopia. I helped texas_hitman, a good friend and member of foxtopia before 2.0 days, run a store at the closest realm you could own at the time (2 realms from spawn realm) and we made a killing by selling items that we worked hard to acquire. He started off by selling just few stacks of iron and gold ingots then we worked up to stacks of diamonds. We soon became one of the most popular stores on the server amongst Panda's store and Rocky_blast & jtcannons store. After Panda's store died out due to his outburst and insulting comments towards the server, we ran the servers trade market and made plenty of money items and gained over 100+ realms. Foxtopia was a huge realm then our leaders stupidly xrayed and received a ban for their offenses. (notreiayanami and terrancejones) Tex and I became the new leaders of foxtopia along with hshizzlefresh a friend and member of foxtopia with us.
Once they were banned I also received a ban for what started with selling a piece of the first spawn realm purchased and built on (by me and tex) to a player whose name I can't remember, but I gave him a set guidelines of how to build his desired building which included NO SLABS. Since I personally didn't like the appearance of an all stoneslab buildings. He of course went against this one rule and built an all stone slab building. When I presented him with the rules I said that I can and would evict him if any of these rules were excessively broken, so at this time I removed him from the realm and took his building down after receiving what seemed to be an "ok" from jtcannon a mod who I personally saw to be corrupt and would later be banned with his friends for dupping and other various things as mods/admins. After I took him off the realm and didn't give back his money that he paid for the realm since he broke the rule I gave him I was later banned due to tricking him of some sorts I still do not know the exact reason, but besides the point I was temp banned and came back after losing the realm I had built a huge pagoda on which was bought by rocky_blast.
Among other things I have done which included donating many stacks and inv of Iron Blocks, Diamond blocks, and Gold blocks to help build the railway and built a huge tower which was home to over 15 people as condos. I later built another apartment/condo complex next to this realm with many openings for renters. This happened after tex, shizzle, and I created a new realm after the downfall of foxtopia called "Trinity" we had members that were well respected in the community and those who were not, but as leaders tex, shizzle and I were very relaxed and held a vast majority of the realm property around spawn, accumulating over 35+ realms myself and many chestfuls of diamonds and other valuables.
After many things I have done here I was banned for merely logging into a different server ran by a past member. I just wish that I could've been here in order to not lose all the realms and items I worked hard to receive. Now I ask from the mods/admins who are still here that knew me and know that I should be given another chance to help the server and its members as I once did for many months.
