Okay I am going to post this to maybe sway the vote a bit and give good reasoning into why he should be banned. Note that I made this before the Civil Cases were no longer valid so the justices are addressed at times.
Prosecution: Catsfuzz / To get Lightbulbs rebanned
Defendant: Lightbulbs
The Brief:
Event: Intelli unbanned Lightulbs for the 2nd time.
Issue: Should stealing, lavaing, spawn killing, and using exploits result in a perma-ban?

Case: Just recently Intell, the grand admin of this server, unbanned a long time foe. He has admitted to at least 20 (if not more) thefts, he has lava'd at spawn. He has spawn killed and used exploits to place lava at spawn. Upon recent questioning Intelli gave us no direct answer to why he was unbanned and why he shouldn't be banned. That is why we are here today.
First off, we all know that if anyone, anyone, else did this (with the exception of Intelli) they would be banned and forgotten about in a heartbeat. Please don't contradict that for, we all know that its true. This is his second ban/unbanning and I feel we are all getting tired of the constant arguing.
Now for the meat and potatoes. Most people have been wondering, "Well, Lights has stolen, lava'd, spawn killed, hey, hey even exploited. I guess I can too! I mean, I will surely get unbanned!" Is this the attitude we want in our players?
If we let this go through well, we may as well unban all the thieves and other banned people who have been banned for about the exact same reason.
Justices, it is your job to keep this fair world safe from people like this. As the admin, panthers17nfl has said, [quote“panthers17nfl”] Stealing of goods in chests is always a rule infraction. Lightbulbs has said many times on the forums that he has stolen from chests/realms. Like panthers said,
“This is always against the rules”.
Justices and Intelli, I do not think that this is fair to the players of Minerealm. If he has done the crime, he deserves the ban.
Players such as monkeytoad and snit have been banned for similar reasons but haven’t been able to return. Is that really fair, at all? I understand that snit has griefed but he has apologized for it, didn’t Lightbulbs say he was sorry for doing what he did? How exactly is that fair.
Justices of the court, I will let you decide, but I hope that this has showed you how the return of Lightbubls is unfair.
Note: This is was posted just for a good reasoning as to why he should be banned. Aside for some spelling errors I feel it is fairly good. I will remove this if a mod or admin wishes me to.
