Quite the heated topic. But to get back on the point of the thread: I think you should sell the 3 triple grinders separately. Starting each at easily 30,000c. That's the minimum you would set the starting bid (Two of them would be slightly more because they're two realms together). If these are fast grinders then they could easily jump up another 10,000 or 20,000. Also, if you made the realms visually appealing and or cleared out space for other builds on the realms then 40,000 for one of these properties would be nothing for a wealthy MR player.

You could definitely get away with upwards of 150,000c if you sold all of these realms.

the spawner on the bottom right is the fastest spawner ive ever seen. The whole place has been dug and cleand out, its abou 55-60 blocks deep and the walls and floor are made of smooth stone and lined with torches.

and your welcome OP for the buttery setup i found and dug out with help from like 20 other players. you bought these realms befour i could get enuff credits to buy them back after i got unbanned.

yeh chubsy We found them basically dug out we just took out the tunnels and ect. but what is also nice is that it can be used for a slime farm as well! With a looting 3 sword you can get up to 5 stacks of slime's very easily in 1 day. I would think these realms would be worth around 165k.

This thread is a literal disaster.

First, we have a flat out argument, that's ridiculously primitive in the sense that a certain two people have desperately resorted to name-calling.

Secondly, we have complaints about the validity of this sale, and the fact that this sale is just a cheap find.

And thirdly, well, I didn't really read all the posts. I'm just here to point out that there are multiple conflicts that need to be resolved, and although I do not take the place of the staff, I would like to warn everybody take this could, well, already has gotten pretty ugly. Chubsy, N2Z, I think you guys need a discussion via PMs.

Jack, N2Z doesn't try to start these but yes this does involve him i'm not saying this is not N2Z's fault at all he takes part just as much as Oneman Does but ever post N2Z does do Oneman just has to come up with something better than us and ect. Oneman isn't my enemy where ok friends but i do agree that we need to stop fighting on posts that don't involve in this situation!

i dont know what you want us to take to pm's? from what i gatherd he was asking to get a pc and info on these realms he found. seeing as some friends and i built the place some time ago i was telling him what i remeberd about it.

Back on topic, I tried to sell this place back when i still owned it. Once i figured out that i was unable to do what i had wanted with the spawners, I tried to sell for around 140k for the 8 realms and didnt get any reply. But that was a few patches ago, you might have better luck now

I think the point that Jack is trying to make is the fighting on posts needs to stop. I know that I'm not part of this, but from what I've seen things are getting out of hand. Forgive me if im wrong. (I'm not trying to make things worse, just pointing out what I think.)
