Backing out doesn't equal Holding the realms.

Backing out is after you have AGREED on the trade. Kinda like renting a house, meeting with the people, talking about it, then finding a cheaper apartment and decide to live there, instead of signing the lease with the original home you were looking at.

He didnt agree to it, he mearly asked for you to hold the realms incase he was still interested when he got the credits.
