Sorry for the long delay but there was a bit of debate on whether to permaban you or let you back seeing as Chooz has not been on. As a final verdict I'm sorry but we are going to have to keep you banned/perma. This was you second time doing it and seeing as it was also taken out of game that is a bit out of control. In our best interest we have no clue if you will do it again or not but we don't want to take that chance and have anymore players get harassed. Again I apologize for taking so long on a final decision for you.

Thanks for the reply, and after all this time waiting on my appeal, it has given me some time to think about my actions on minerealm towards chooz.

As you have stated, this is my 2nd offence of being banned because of spamming. I just hope that maybe the 3 strikes and you're out concept can apply for my appeal, giving me another chance to be able to play with no misbehavior on minerealm in the future.

You also said, you guys don't know if my actions will disrupt other players on the server and I can tell you right now that my actions are only directed towards chooz, so there is no reason for me to bother anyone else. Of course, I am not saying I will misbehave towards chooz in the future on this server if I am allowed on it again.

I think that if I am given a 3rd chance, I know I will not bother anyone, especially chooz ever again. I have learned from the mistakes of my past misbehavior and know that it is unacceptable at any given time.

The reason I say my spamming is only directed towards chooz is because I guess we would usually play together, and I got frustrated when he didn't reply. But I should have known better and realized that it is best to just leave it alone and do something else. I understand that this is not acceptable behaviour and truly hope I can be given a 3rd chance.

I sincerely promise I will not bother chooz or anyone else on the server if I am allowed on it again.

I had thought about posting my reactions and apologies in my previous bumps, but I did not want to jinx Any chance I had in my appeal.

And I know the decision as of now is to keep me permanently banned, but I still hope this appeal can remain open in case forgiveness can be given in the future.
